On Friday, March 24, 2023, the official opening ceremony of our office in Shanghai, China took place.
In Chinese culture, it is of greatest importance to celebrate an opening ceremony. This serves not only to emphasize our openness for business in China but also to invite officials into our offices to showcase the outstanding quality of our products and services. Lastly, it provides a platform for customers, suppliers, and interested parties to convey their best wishes for happiness and success in our new business environment. In China, this gesture of appreciation is often symbolized by the giving of bouquets of flowers.
The splendid beginning of the event commenced with a collective group photo, and each visitor could lefttheir signature on the festive welcome board. Subsequently, Jack, as a charming Master of Ceremony, led the official part of the event. Prominent speakers such as Dirk Erlacher (CEO APAC), Mr. Sun from the local government, and Dr. Lou from the Austrian Chamber of Commerce emphasized in their speeches the significance of our close collaboration to foster the future growth of AGILOX's business in China.
The pinnacle of the official program was celebrated with the traditional cutting of the ceremonial ribbon. This symbolic act was performed with solemn dedication by Jürgen Brunner (General Manager AGILOX China), Mr. Gu, Mr. Sun from the government, and Mr. Lou.
Following this solemn ceremony, customers and partners had the opportunity to experience the AGILOX ONE in our demonstration area and enjoy a relaxed afternoon amidst Austrian delicacies and fine beverages.
